The David Kenneth Group is seeking to add a qualified Technical Recruiter to its team of experienced data center migration professionals.  We specialize in data center transformations.  Our services include data center migrations, infrastructure and virtualization optimization, and advisory services for large enterprise clients. Due to high demand for our services, we are seeking to add a technical Recruiter to our team.


The recruiter must be a team player and team leader with a dynamic personality comfortable working with both senior executives and technical personnel in a fast-paced, high-touch atmosphere. The recruiter will perform full life cycle recruiting and focus on generating prospects and candidates for our critical and hard to find skills sets. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate subject matter expertise in sourcing and recruiting.


  • Works with talent engagement manager and hiring managers to accurately define the required skills and technical requirements for new positions.
  • Achieves the recruiting targets needed to support the company's growth plan through advertising, job postings, contacts, and outside recruiters to build a pipeline of high quality candidates
  • Builds and maintains an ATS/database of high quality pipeline candidates in the areas of planned hiring
  • Able to negotiate salary, benefits and other details with candidates during the screening/hiring process
  • Develop unique recruiting and sourcing strategies for difficult to find skill sets based on the position requirements.
  • Able to manage hiring expectations and deadlines with the management team; continually seeks to understand hiring needs, able to make adjustments to position requirements as needed.
  • Conducts research and achieves an understanding of web based technologies and utilizes that knowledge to drive candidates to company external career portal. Leverages social media to attract a pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Provides labor market information (LMI) to address sourcing challenges and shares that knowledge to educate management and to help develop strategic staffing plans, resulting in good business decisions to improve new business capture and hiring lifecycle.
  • Displays a high rate of acceptance with candidates who receive offers from the company
  • Offers support to candidates and management as needed during the on-boarding process to ensure a successful transition into the organization up to and throughout the introductory period of performance
  • Able to take a leadership role in building and improving the culture of David-Kenneth Group
  • Continually improves the recruiting and hiring process through best practices


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ experience as a corporate, agency or executive search recruiter or sourcer.
  • Able to show past pattern of success in influencing candidates to show interest in an organization or position.
  • Excellent internet sourcing skills
  • Experience in conducting cold-calls both for recruiting and research purposes’
  • Excellent background in creating partnerships, ideally with passive candidates and hiring managers
  • Past experience recruiting a wide variety of technical roles, preferred experience in the Information Technology sector.
  • Preferred experience with the ATS tool (ICIMS) or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Preferred experience with SharePoint
